Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide to create and operate your account, such as name, email, and organization data. We also process product-usage events linked to pseudonymous internal identifiers. These events do not include your name, email address, organization name, or schedule content.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use account data to provide the service and perform our contract. We process limited operational analytics to understand activation, detect errors, and improve Qadra based on our legitimate interests; you may object by contacting us. Browser analytics and Session Replay only start with your consent, which you can withdraw through “Cookie settings.”

3. Processors and Recipients

We do not sell your data. We use service providers acting as processors to host and operate the service. Mixpanel processes product analytics; it receives pseudonymous internal identifiers and limited usage properties, not names or email addresses. We require the applicable contractual safeguards from our providers.

4. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data while your account is active and for the periods needed to meet legal obligations. Mixpanel analytics events and profiles are retained for no more than 12 months. Session replays are retained for 30 days. We will action deletion requests with our processors too, unless a legal retention duty applies.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port your personal data. You can also object to the processing of your data or request its limitation.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and local storage that are essential for operation and security. Mixpanel, including Session Replay, is not downloaded and stores no identifiers until you accept optional analytics. You can accept, reject, or withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings.” We do not use advertising cookies.

8. Analytics Data

Server-side events record product actions such as creating a team, generating or publishing a schedule, and starting a subscription. We use pseudonymous internal identifiers, industry, organization-size band, plan, language, and limited campaign attribution. We do not send schedule content, names, email addresses, or full referring URLs.

9. Contact

For any privacy-related inquiries, you can contact us at support@qadra.app.
